This week we actually do have a lot to celebrate.
The market finished higher for the week, with the DOW up 2.7 % making it a very strong 3 month run. In fact, this is the strongest 3 month run for the DOW since 1998, up over 20%. The S&P for the past 3 months is up over 25%, and the NASDAQ up more than 28%.
What has driven this, and where do we go from here? What should you do from here? What’s happening with interest rates? The market had a big scare this week with treasury interest rates going through the roof. We had some relatively mixed housing and unemployment data, and we’re still waiting for General Motors to file for bankruptcy. How do you navigate all of this?
